Stephanie

*Megan’s Note: Steph is one of the OG’s of Mothers Together - and she’s been with me every step of the way since! She’s the kind of friend you can count on for anything - she’s loyal, kind, and open-minded. You want to talk teenage girl, divorce, and/or lack of family support? She’s your girl.
Brittney

*Megan’s Note: Brittney’s been through it all, and if you have young adult ND kids - or those with severe challenges - Brittney is a wonderful resource. She’s also so kind and reassuring, and talks a lot about the grief process she’s gone through!

*Megan’s Note: Meghan is an OG Mothers Together member and a great friend. You’ll feel like you’ve known her forever! Moreso, she’s an excellent resource. She’s the queen of research and has SO many resources, strategies, and tips she’s tried in her home. Along with her ND kids, she and her husband are also (late-diagnosed) ND.

*Megan’s Note: If you have a large family, multiple ND kids, a wide range of ages, and/or you homeschool, Katie is your girl. She’s 15 years into it, and is happy to share everything her family has been through, along with what’s worked (and not worked) along the way. She’s also extremely validating, kind, friendly, and so caring!
Deana (D)
Age of ND Children: 15(F) & 8(M) Diagnoses: ASD, PDA, ADHD, LD Other: Caretaker of Terminally Ill Close Relatives, Former Homeschooler, Grief.
*Megan’s Note: D brings so much fun and energy wherever she goes and really is the life of the party, but also someone who is incredibly real about the challenges she’s faced. She takes things in stride, keeps moving forward, and brings such an honest, supportive energy to the community. Connecting with D feels like gaining a mom who’s truly in your corner.

Jacquie C.
Age of ND Child: 8(F) & 6(M) Diagnoses: ASD, PDA, 2E, ADHD Other: Neuropsychologist. Both her & her husband are late-diagnosed ND (2E).
*Megan’s Note: Jacquie is so incredibly friendly and warm - you’ll be well-taken care of. She’s outgoing and super approachable. If you’re also 2E (late diagnosed or otherwise), you’ll want to connect with Jacquie!
Crissy
Dache
Age of ND Child: 8(M) & 6(M) Diagnoses: ASD, Epilepsy, 2E, Anxiety, ARFID Other: Dache has ASD, homeschools, & runs full-time home daycare
*Megan’s Note: You may already have “met” Dache. She greeted you “at the door” as you joined us at Open House! What you see in her welcome greeting is exactly how she really is - kind-hearted, caring, genuine, and charming. She’s a rising leader in the community and if your life looks like hers, she’s a great choice for you!
Jackie K.

Megan’s Note: Jackie has been a leader in this community for a long time and is such a steady, caring presence. She’s incredibly kind, down to earth, and always makes sure people feel heard and supported. Jackie naturally creates spaces where moms feel heard, cared for, and welcomed.
Emily
Age of ND Child: 5(M) Diagnoses: AuDHD & Gifted Other: Late-diagnosed ADHD (mom), Sibling Dynamics, Constant Co-Regulation, Nervous System Dys.
*Megan’s Note: Emily is incredibly thoughtful and well-spoken, with a real gift for taking concepts and making them actually work in real life. She stepped away from her career to support her kids and brings so much insight to those conversations. She talks openly about co-regulation—both as a powerful tool and as something that can be really taxing on the parent doing the regulating.

*Megan’s Note: Maggie is one of the OGs in this community and has always been so open and real about the ups and downs of daily life. She’s constantly on the go, super down to earth, and makes it easy to feel like you’re talking to a friend. If speech challenges are part of your journey, you’ll definitely want to connect with Maggie.

*Megan’s Note: Kara is a working mom who truly juggles it all and brings so much perspective on how that works in day to day life. She has a great sense of humor and is refreshingly honest about how laughter helps carry her through the hard days. If you’re looking for a mom who gets it and doesn’t take herself too seriously, Kara is your person!

*Megan’s Note: Amy is such a caring, down-to-earth mom. She’s an open book and is so validating with others! She’s been navigating homeschooling a teenager while also working full-time outside the home! When you talk to her, it feels like you’ve known her forever, and you’ll feel very comfortable opening up to her! She’s a wonderful person!

*Megan’s Note: Annise is a wonderfully warm, kind, considerate person. She will take you under her wing to validate all that you’re going through - she is genuinely such a supportive mom! She’s had experience in the foster/adoption world, as well as homeschooling one child while sending the other to school.

*Megan’s Note: With her daughter now in kindergarten, Crissy has navigated getting an IEP and 1-1 support with the help of an advocate. Not only is Crissy super helpful, she’s so down-to-earth, kind, and truly cares about every mom she talks to! I love how she trusts her gut and fiercely advocates for her child.
